​Vicinity offers a variety of spacious layouts, with studios from 621–692 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments from 750–1,097 sq ft, and two-bedroom homes ranging from 1,212–1,579 sq ft, giving residents multiple options to fit their lifestyle.

​Yes - units may be ready for move-in within 30–60 days depending on your timing and selected floor plan. Availability changes often. Our leasing team can help match you with a home that fits your desired move-in date.

​While Vicinity offers upscale finishes and premium amenities, pricing varies by floor plan and availability. Studio and smaller one-bedroom units represent the more budget-friendly end of the price spectrum, and occasional promotions or flexible lease terms may help reduce move-in costs.
